Catholic Housing and Community Services (CHCS) provides a robust senior housing program that enables seniors who are 62 and older to remain active in their communities while enjoying affordable, comfortable, stylish apartment living. With nine buildings throughout Philadelphia, CHCS has created independent senior communities that enable older adults to age in their homes with features specific to their needs such as roll-in showers, emergency pull chords, handrails, and access to an on-site social worker.
